In-House Inspection and Ultrasonic Testing (UT)

Our in-house quality control processes involve cutting-edge technology to guarantee that every beam is ready for on-site installation. Our quality team includes full-time Certified Welding Inspectors (CWIs) and ASNT-TC-1A certified Level 3 Ultrasonic Testing (UT) technicians who thoroughly inspect the welds and structural integrity of each beam through visual inspections, measurements, and ultrasonic testing for a chain of custody that stretches from start to finish.
