- Seamless logistics. Recognizing that the biggest obstacle was making sure all pieces were on-site on time for the erectors, our team focused heavily on material tracking and delivery sequencing. This meticulous process ensured the 1,200 tons of steel were delivered to the Midland site precisely when needed, keeping the erectors on schedule.
